William B. Eberhardt III


A native of Skaneateles, New York, William (Ben) Eberhardt III grew up a product of Christian Bros Academy in Syracuse and later Saint Bonaventure University in Olean, New York. Following fifteen years of US Army Infantry Airborne and Air Assault operations in both peacekeeping and combat rolls, Ben returned to New York a combat veteran to partner with his father (William B. Eberhardt Jr.) in Dining Associates and Hospitality Concepts; umbrella companies that operate in multiple mediums of the hospitality industry.

Debbie is originally from Pennsylvania where she gained her educational background concentrating in Accounting, Business Management, Sales and Marketing.  She has over 30 years experience in business development and growth through cost controlling, sales creation, marketing, customer service and coordination of group services.

Peter Younglove

Director of Operations

Born and raised in central New York, Peter has been in the hospitality business all his life.  He worked his way through college as a bartender then worked his way up the ladder through various restaurants, hotels and conference centers including such major brands as Aramark and Radisson Hotels.
