Director of Operations
Born and raised in central New York, Peter has been in the hospitality business all his life. He worked his way through college as a bartender then worked his way up the ladder through various restaurants, hotels and conference centers including such major brands as Aramark and Radisson Hotels.
Peter graduated from the State University of New York at Morrisville with a degree in both Hotel/Restaurant Management and Food Service Administration. He now offers over twenty years of restaurant and hotel operations experience and has worked across different lines of business that include sports and entertainment, conference centers, campus dining as well as privately owned boutique hotels, historic country inns and upscale restaurants. Peter also has experience with task force, multi property management, renovations and transitions.
Peter places great value on relationships and the fundamentals of hospitality and is known as a passionately driven hospitality professional. His tenacity and drive for excellence combined with his hands-on food & beverage operations and hotel experience, creates his recipe for success and are the foundation of his established reputation for outstanding customer service and quality deliverables.
Currently as the Director of Operations for Hospitality Concepts group Peter has operational oversight of: The Colgate Inn, The Hamilton Inn, The Red Mill Inn, The Gould Hotel, No.10 Tavern and The Mandana Inn with more opportunities on the horizon.
